Meet Holly N. Wilson

Holly Wilson holds the dual roles of executive vice president and chief compliance officer for New Republic Bank. In her capacity, she oversees regulatory compliance, external audits, and compliance reporting to the board of directors. Additionally, Holly manages the operations of New Republic Bank in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.

Before joining New Republic Partners, Holly served as the executive vice president, secretary, and treasurer of New Republic Savings Bank, holding a concurrent position on the board of directors. In the earlier phase of her career, she served as a partner in the law office of Wellman, White & Wilson, PLLC.

Holly is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and earned her J.D. degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. Actively contributing to the community, she is a member of the board of directors for the Halifax Community College Foundation, Inc.
