Holly Wilson is the executive vice president and chief compliance officer for New Republic Bank and executive secretary for New Republic Partners. She oversees regulatory compliance, external audits and compliance reporting to the board of directors.

Holly also oversees the operations of New Republic Bank in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.

Prior to joining New Republic Partners, Holly was the executive vice president, secretary and treasurer of New Republic Savings Bank and a member of the board of directors.

Earlier in her career, she was a partner in the law office of Wellman, White & Wilson, PLLC.

Holly graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She earned her J.D. degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.

Holly is a member of the board of directors for the Halifax Community College Foundation, Inc.
