Lyle Farrar is an assistant vice president in private and commercial banking at New Republic Bank. He works with closely held businesses and mid-size companies to provide innovative solutions for credit and cash management needs. He also works with business owners and high-net-worth individuals to meet their complex financial goals.

Lyle brings a decade of experience in commercial loan brokerage, working to provide clients with the best credit solutions for their real estate and development needs.

His prior experience includes work as the director of alumni and parent programs and assistant varsity lacrosse coach for Episcopal High School. He also worked as a teacher, advisor and coach for St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes School.

Lyle graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Spanish and a minor in psychology. He was a four-year varsity letterman on the men’s lacrosse team and the recipient of the 2008 Rutgers Lacrosse Knight Cup and the Collins Award. He was also an active member of the student-athlete advisory committee.
