Meet Natalie Davis

Natalie Davis, Senior Vice President at New Republic Bank, oversees deposit systems, processes, and teams to ensure the seamless delivery of deposit products and services. With over a decade of experience in bank operations, systems administration, operations risk management, and regulatory compliance, Natalie has a proven track record of effective leadership.

In her previous role as Vice President and Operations Manager at Mission National Bank in San Francisco, Natalie played a crucial role in executive management and IT steering committees. She served as the key liaison between the bank and the core system service provider, leading the development of strategies, procedures, and training to meet risk management and compliance goals.

Natalie's experience also includes serving as Assistant Vice President and Operations Supervisor at Luther Savings Bank in Gardena, California. Here, she managed core system administration, led a team of operations specialists auditing retail branches, and supported the implementation of new products. Natalie was instrumental in driving departmental and retail banking process improvements to enhance business management processes and create efficiencies.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from North Carolina A&T University. She is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and is committed to ongoing learning and advancement in the dynamic field of banking.
