Natalie Davis is a vice president and deposit operations manager at New Republic Bank where she manages the deposit systems, processes and teams supporting the delivery of deposit products and services.

Natalie brings over a decade of experience in bank operations, systems administration, operations risk management and regulatory compliance for operations functions. As the vice president and operations manager at Mission National Bank in San Francisco, Natalie was a member of the executive management and IT steering committees. She served as the key liaison between the bank and the core system service provider. She led the development of strategies, procedures and training to ensure the bank met goals for risk management and compliance.

Natalie also served as the assistant vice president and operations supervisor at Luther Savings Bank in Gardena, California. Here Natalie managed the administration of the core system and oversaw a team of operations specialists who audited retail branches and supported the implementation of new products. Natalie was also responsible for departmental and retail banking process improvements to streamline business management processes, create efficiencies and remove redundancies.

Natalie is currently a student at North Carolina A&T University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in economics.
