Meet Renee Smith

Renee Smith serves as a mortgage loan servicer at New Republic Bank, collaborating with both consumer and business clients to offer loan servicing for the existing portfolio and service-only loans. Her focus encompasses daily customer servicing, and escrow account maintenance, as well as handling mortgage regulatory reporting and service-only loan reporting.

With a career spanning decades in financial services, Renee has been a valuable member of the New Republic Bank team since the bank's inception in 1998. She has held diverse roles, including teller, customer service, and mortgage lending. Her expertise in mortgage lending extends to areas such as loan origination, processing, servicing, and review.

A native of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, Renee remains actively engaged in the Red Oak and Nashville communities. She is also a member of New Life Community Church.
