Mortgage Loan Servicer

Renee Smith is a mortgage loan servicer at New Republic Bank. She works with consumer and business clients to provide loan servicing for the existing portfolio and service-only loans. She focuses on daily customer servicing and escrow account maintenance. Renee is also responsible for mortgage regulatory reporting and service-only loan reporting. 

Renee brings decades of experience in financial services and has been an important member of the New Republic Bank team since the bank’s opening in 1998. She has worked in various roles, including teller, customer service and mortgage lending. Her experience in mortgage lending includes loan origination, processing, servicing and review. 

Renee is a native of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. She is currently active in the Red Oak, Nashville community and attends New Life Community Church.
